Theodore G. ("Ted") Glasrud - President and Chief Operating Officer
Since Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc.'s inception in 1971, Mr. Glasrud has guided the company with his knowledge of business trends and real estate development to create a diversified portfolio of distinctive properties in many locations. He calls Stuart, Florida home but travels on a regular basis to also oversee our Minnesota portfolio. Mr. Glasrud is personally involved in all corporate acquisitions and oversees the daily operations of the company.
Paul Kuehn - Vice President and Corporate Architect
Mr. Kuehn graduated from the prestigious Pratt Institute of Design with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree and is a Licensed Architect in the states of Minnesota and Florida. Mr. Kuehn is an AIA member and a NCARB certificate holder and also a licensed contractor in the State of Minnesota. Since 1985, Mr. Kuehn has held many positions with the company and became Vice-President in 1994. He has been involved with corporate acquisitions, design, development, construction and overall management of the residential and commercial real estate portfolio. He calls Minneapolis home but travels on a regular basis to also oversee our Florida portfolio. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kuehn worked as a consulting architect and a contractor and has over 30 years experience in the real estate development field.
Gerry Pohl - Secretary /Treasurer and Controller
As Controller, Mr. Pohl is responsible for all financial and tax reporting for the company, as well as the formation and implementation of company policies regarding employee benefits, bond issues, and bank relations. Mr. Pohl is a graduate of the University of South Dakota. He obtained his CPA certificate in 1978, and is an active member of the AICPA and the MN State Society of CPAs. Prior to joining the company in 1988, Mr. Pohl worked in public accounting for 10 years.
Terry E. Markus-Bazoff, CPM - Regional Property Manager
Ms. Bazoff oversees all functions of the property management operations for the residential real estate portfolio. She has over 30 years of property management experience and her credentials include Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and holds a real estate license. Ms. Bazoff is an active member of I.R.E.M.,M.N. C.R.E.W., and Minnesota Multi Housing Association. Ms. Bazoff was also honored as multi site manager of the year 1999 for the Minnesota Multi Housing Association MADACS Awards.
Carol Billstrom - Property Manager
Carol Billstrom is responsible for property management duties that include leasing, lease renewals, resident relations, collections and postings of rents for Canabury Hill Apartments in Little Canada, Minnesota. She has been the company since 2002. Prior to joining the company she was a leasing consultant for five years and owner of an electrostatic painting business for 12 years.
Jackie Juracek - Property Manager
Jackie Jurack's primary responsibility is to keep Hill Plaza Apartment st the highest possible occupancy with a strong focus on customer service and community relations. In addition to the day-to-day administrative duties with respect to both the management office and the apartment community and accountable for all financial reporting, maintenance, cleaning and marketing. She has been with the company since 2008 and is a licensed Residential Realtor in Minnesota.
Alan Martin - Property Manager
Mr. Martin is responsible for all property management duties for the Washington Square Apartments and the day-to-day operations of the building as well as fulfilling the requirements set forth by HUD Housing. He has been with the since 2009. Mr. Martin is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and served in the US Navy for eight years.
