The Atrium located in Bloomington was purchased by Ted Glasrud Associates MN, LLC in 2002. This three story building consisting of 90,000 square feet of office space with a large, fully landsaped, central core atrium. This building has great freeway access and is located close to the intersection of Highway I-494 and 24th Avenue and is adjacent to the world renowed, Mall of America.
