Blue Springs Warehouse I is 70,000 square feet of Waehouse/Office space consisting of three interconnecting buildings located on 9 acres of land. This property is part of the DeLand Airport complex and is located off of 17-92, International Speedway Drive, and with easy access to Highway I-4. At the time of purchase these buildings were used as an office/warehouse and processing plant for a large dialyze company. This facility was remodeled as a conventional office/warehouse facility.
